This is made possible through exceptional partnerships with various financial institutions. **Your mission:** Lead the evolution of Monkey’s analytics layer, ensuring the development of a reliable, scalable, and decision-oriented data foundation. This role will be responsible for managing the data, BI, and data science teams; creating analyses, intelligence, and dashboards; driving strategic initiatives (including the Data Lake); and primarily guiding the strategic direction of the Growth and Farming teams through opportunity analysis and predictability modeling — while ensuring data quality and governance. ✨ **Responsibilities** * Lead the Analytics team, ensuring consistent deliveries and technical growth * Own Monkey’s analytics layer (modeling, pipelines, datasets, and dashboards) * Guide technical decisions in building the Data Lake, ensuring architectural best practices and scalability * Build and maintain reliable, high-performance data pipelines * Develop and supervise dashboards and analyses to support business decisions * Ensure data governance, quality, and documentation * Collaborate closely with business teams (Farming, Growth, Customer Success, Relationship) to translate needs into analytical solutions * Advance data engineering practices (versioning, testing, monitoring) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * Prior experience leading data teams (or serving as a technical reference) * Advanced/Fluent English * Advanced SQL and Python * Advanced Excel * Experience building and maintaining data pipelines * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) * Knowledge of version control (Git) and software engineering best practices * Experience with data orchestration (e.g., Airflow or similar) * Experience integrating via APIs * Understanding of data architecture (Data Warehouse / Data Lake) * Proactive, hands-on profile with strong ownership **Nice-to-haves** * Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services * Experience with AWS (especially data-related services – S3, Glue, Athena, etc.) * Experience in Data Lake projects * Knowledge of data governance and information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) * Experience with distributed processing technologies (e.g., Spark) * Experience in Data Science, Generative AI, or Agent Workflows. **Benefits** * Meal/food allowance via Flash card, with full flexibility on usage; * Remote work allowance to support your remote routine; * Fully company-paid medical and dental insurance; * Life insurance for greater peace of mind; * Wellhub – access to gyms, studios, and wellness services across Brazil; * Monkey Academy – career development and acceleration programs; * Birthday day-off – enjoy your special day however you prefer; * Sesc partnership for leisure, culture, and wellness; * Extended maternity and paternity leave, so you can fully embrace this special moment with peace of mind; * Childcare allowance, to bring more security and balance to your routine.
