Quality Coordinator

Job Summary: Coordinate the quality department in a plastic injection industry, implementing and improving the Quality Management System, managing performance indicators, and leading the team. Quality Management System management and audits Responsibilities: * Coordinate the quality department, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements; * Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS); * Apply quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, MASP, etc.); * Manage quality performance indicators (KPIs); * Conduct internal audits and support external audits; * Analyze nonconformities and implement corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure quality across plastic injection processes, from raw materials to final product; * Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams for continuous improvement; * Lead and develop the quality team. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Production, or related fields; * Proven experience in plastic injection industry; * Experience with ISO standards (preferably ISO 9001); * Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation; * Experience with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.); * Team management skills; * Analytical, proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with automotive standards (IATF 16949); * Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC; Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Profit sharing * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
