Job Summary: A professional responsible for the full management of residential subdivision infrastructure, including construction works, planning, costs, teams, and technical compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Infrastructure and Housing Development Management for Residential Subdivisions 2. Planning, Schedule, and Cost Monitoring 3. Team Management and Technical Quality Assurance \- Infrastructure Management for Residential Subdivisions (vegetation clearance, earthwork, drainage, water supply, sewage systems, roadways and public infrastructure); \- Construction management for housing developments within the subdivision; \- Planning and schedule monitoring; \- Cost and budget management; \- Management of in-house and third-party teams; \- Quality and technical compliance management; \- Occupational safety; \- Liaison with public authorities.
