Job Summary: An operational management professional focused on supervision, team monitoring, performance indicator control, and administrative and HR department routines. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in HR department and financial routines Conduct technical/operational visits and inspections at service stations; Perform external operational supervision activities; Conduct meetings to monitor employees; Monitor and control performance indicators of supervision; Develop Contract Action Plans; Collaborate with other company departments to improve and refine internal and external company regulations, methods, and procedures. Customer service, attendance control, and absence coverage. Recruitment and selection / material distribution and control. Implementation of new services, payroll sheet verification, daily absence tracking, shift scheduling (weekends), and overall operational department management. Payroll entries (transportation allowance and meal allowance deductions, benefit additions and removals). Union fee payments, employee onboarding and offboarding, vacation planning and registration. Financial and accounting functions, as well as staff training. Administrative routines, cash flow control, petty cash management, and expense reporting. Basic computer skills. Completed undergraduate degree. Knowledge in HR department and Microsoft Office suite. Experience in administrative and operational management, HR department, administrative routines, and related areas. Experience in administrative and operational management with teams in the cleaning and maintenance sector. Management experience. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
