***Job Description:*** ***Employment Opportunity – Client Company*** ***Location: Benfica\- Shopping Benfica – Fortaleza/CE*** **Job Mission** Perform restaurant cashier operations, including customer service, order registration, payment collection, and cash closing, ensuring speed, courtesy, financial accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures and health regulations. **Job Requirements;** * Completed high school; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule; * Availability to work during shopping mall hours; * Point-of-sale (POS) systems; * Customer service. **Key Responsibilities and Activities** * Perform cash register opening, operation, and closing according to internal procedures; * Register orders in the system (POS), verifying items, amounts, and payment methods; * Process payments in cash, credit/debit cards, PIX, meal vouchers, and food delivery apps; * Issue fiscal receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations; * Verify amounts, identify discrepancies, and immediately report them to management; * Provide courteous, prompt, and efficient service to in-person and telephone customers; * Assist in managing queues and customer flow during peak hours; * Maintain a clean, organized cashier area in compliance with hygiene standards; * Follow security protocols, loss prevention measures, and internal policies; * Support administrative tasks related to the cashier; **Compensation** Salary \+ 10% cash handling allowance \+ Benefits **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Professional growth opportunities.
