Position: Legal Assistant Permanent employment contract, internship, or temporary contract? Permanent Salary: R$ 2.300,00 Working hours and days of the week: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Fridays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Hybrid format: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Required experience and knowledge: Preferably at least 1 year of experience as a legal intern/assistant Deadline and routine management Proficiency in legal systems Basic writing skills Legal research Report drafting Basic knowledge of procedural law Education: Undergraduate Law degree in progress or completed Participating cities/neighborhoods: Porto Alegre and Metropolitan Region Behavioral traits: Willingness to learn, attention to detail, teamwork, discipline, organization, commitment, good communication Responsibilities Meet deadlines and handle low-complexity tasks; analyze documents and verify compliance of procedural information; assist in preparing basic internal legal and administrative reports for case tracking and other data; support specific projects when assigned; update/populate internal systems and client systems; contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of internal workflows.
