The apprentice will support administrative routines, organize information, monitor processes, and assist teams, contributing to operational efficiency and quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** On the team, you will: * Fill out documents in Excel spreadsheets * Archive and organize physical and digital documents * Store and sort samples for analysis and shipment * Verify documents (e.g., blank field cancellation, erasure checks) * Sort and prepare samples for mailing via Correios * Scan documents * Obtain quotations for office supplies * Organize PPEs and boxes/files **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed, you must: * Be currently enrolled in or have completed high school * Have basic computer skills (Word, Excel) * Possess strong written communication and reading abilities It will be a plus if you have: * Prior experience in administrative tasks * Experience filling out Excel spreadsheets **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance Animal Nutrition and Health is one of the operational areas of the MCassab Group, with 50 years of experience consistently guided by investments in new technologies and strategic solutions for the market—fulfilling our purpose of helping feed the world safely, accessibly, and sustainably.
