If you enjoy sales, customer service, and goal-oriented challenges, join our team! **Main responsibilities:** Position responsibilities: * Provide credit account customer service, offering support and clarifying questions about products and payment methods; * Acquire new in-store customers for card and financial product offerings; * Complete application forms, register customers in the system, and monitor credit analysis; * Issue cards and support internal operational controls; * Promote current promotional campaigns and benefits; * Proactively approach customers to promote additional products and commercial opportunities; * Support the store team in understanding financial products; * Contribute to achieving sales targets and departmental KPIs; * Participate in team meetings and assist in organizing the workplace. **Requirements:** ✔ Completed high school; ✔ Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial products (minimum of 3 months is considered a plus); ✔ Strong communication skills and ease in approaching customers; ✔ Organized, proactive, and results-oriented; ✔ Teamwork skills; ✔ Availability to work retail shift schedules.
