IT Analyst

Description

Provide on-site, telephone, or remote technical support to users, handling service requests and supporting IT systems and equipment; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and peripherals, including component replacement, formatting, and software installation; Support the configuration and maintenance of computer networks, printers, Wi-Fi connections, and basic IT infrastructure; Install, update, and support operating systems and corporate software; Support user account management in Active Directory (creation, unlocking, and password reset); Assist in controlling and inventorying company hardware and software, ensuring information accuracy and organization; Create and update technical documentation, user manuals, and internal IT processes; Support the collection, organization, and analysis of operational data and departmental KPIs, contributing to report generation and process improvement; Utilize data analysis tools and Artificial Intelligence solutions to automate tasks, optimize processes, and support decision-making; Perform other technical support and data analysis activities as directed by the IT team.
