




Job Summary: This internship focuses on optimizing AI interactions via WhatsApp, improving communication, identifying issues, and contributing to response standardization and enhanced customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of communication and empathy in AI interactions 2. Identification of improvements in customer service workflows 3. Collaboration with technology to enhance the customer journey * Support review of AI conversations on WhatsApp, observing tone of voice, clarity, and empathy. * Assist in identifying failures, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in customer service workflows. * Provide support in sensitive customer interactions and follow-up on appointments not completed by AI. * Contribute to response standardization and suggestions for continuous service improvement. * Help analyze appointment booking rates, comparing interactions handled by AI versus humans. * Support generation of practical insights to improve conversion and customer experience. * Collaborate closely with the technology team, learning about fine-tuning the customer service journey. Requirements: * Strong written communication skills in Portuguese, using clear and natural language. * Organizational skills and attention to detail for analyzing conversations and monitoring customer interactions. * Proficiency with digital tools and customer service channels (e.g., WhatsApp). * Ability to adapt communication tone according to customer profiles. * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields.
