The Senior Accountant Analyst is responsible for performing accounting analyses and reconciliations, ensuring the accurate recording and calculation of the company's financial data. In addition, they prepare managerial reports and fulfill tax and fiscal obligations, contributing to the organization's strategic decision-making. * Perform accounting reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts, identifying and correcting potential discrepancies. * Analyze and interpret current accounting standards, ensuring correct recording of the company's financial transactions. * Prepare financial and managerial reports, providing relevant information for senior management decision-making. * Participate in the monthly accounting close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reported information. * Assist in the preparation and analysis of the corporate budget, contributing to the organization's financial planning. * Monitor and ensure compliance with tax and fiscal obligations, avoiding potential penalties and liabilities. * Conduct balance sheet and financial statement analyses, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. * Collaborate with internal and external audits by providing required documents and information to verify accounting compliance. * Stay updated on accounting and tax legislation, ensuring the company's accounting practices remain compliant. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, proposing innovative solutions to optimize accounting and financial processes.
