We are hiring a Doorman to manage access control and security at the Celina and Horminda Condominium premises. We seek an attentive, responsible professional with good interpersonal conduct for public interaction and for controlling the entry and exit of people and vehicles. **Responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, service providers, and vehicles. * Record entries and exits. * Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems (CCTV). * Ensure safety and order on-site. * Comply with and enforce internal regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role (preferred). * Basic computer skills and familiarity with access control systems. * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and attentiveness. * Flexibility regarding work schedule. **Work Schedule:** 12x36\. **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2\.031,57\. * SCHEDULE: 12X36 NIGHT SHIFT * Meal Voucher (VR): R$ 26.03 per day * Food Allowance (VA): R$ 205.91 * Transportation Voucher (VT): * Performance Bonus (PBP): R$ 110.00 * Profit Sharing (PLR): R$ 326.04 (paid in two installments) Avenida Braz Leme 2332 \- Santana Job Type: Permanent CLT Payment: R$2\.031,57 per month Work Location: On-site
