While building your skills and your career, you’ll support client\-facing systems and applications while driving issue resolution and proactively investigating errors. **About the team:** **What you will be doing:** * Managing hardware and software in 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity. * Recognizing abnormal processing conditions and responding appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner. **What you will need:** * Knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems. * Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors. * High school diploma or GED required \- Associate’s, bachelor’s or the equivalent experience may be required at higher career levels. **Added bonus if you have:** **What we offer you:** At FIS, we hire the best.
