The company connects students with companies seeking qualified interns. **Responsibilities:** Assist in employee hiring and termination processes. Update HR spreadsheets and systems. Support maintenance and updating of employee files and records. Assist in managing the electronic timekeeping system and bank of working hours. Support tracking of employee vacations, leaves, and absences. Assist in gathering information for managerial reports. Support internal HR initiatives and internal communications. Support activities related to eSocial and other ancillary obligations. Assist in organizing documents for internal audits. Organize and archive digital departmental documents. Conduct research and gather information upon request. Assist in benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal voucher, health insurance, etc.). Respond to and guide employees regarding personnel procedures and support HR department projects and initiatives. Previous internships in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Personnel Administration, or Human Resource Management may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies.
