We seek a strategic and analytical Financial Manager to lead the finance team and act as a strategic partner to senior management. This position plays a central role in the organization's sustainability and growth, translating data into intelligent decisions and ensuring the business's financial health.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Develop and coordinate the corporate budget (budget) and periodic revisions (forecast).
* Develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial planning.
* Monitor economic\-financial performance (actual vs. budgeted), identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
* Support planning for new products and events by conducting feasibility analyses.
* Manage daily, projected, and actual cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
* Administer bank accounts, financial transactions, and resource allocation strategies.
* Plan and manage the organization's working capital.
* Supervise the Controller's Office, ensuring consistency and reliability of financial information.
* Monitor income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to identify risks and opportunities.
* Develop financial KPIs and present results periodically to the Executive Board.
* Monitor costs and expenses, proposing efficiency and optimization initiatives.
* Evaluate margins and profitability by product, service, and cost center.
* Support pricing and commercial terms definition based on financial analysis.
* Implement and monitor internal financial controls, ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards.
* Coordinate internal and external audits and contribute to corporate financial governance.
* Lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Controller's Office departments.
* Set goals, track performance, and foster continuous team development.
* Propose innovations, process improvements, and implementation of new management tools.
**Education and Desired Profile:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, Auditing, or Management (preferred).
* Proficiency in financial and accounting routines and budgetary planning.
* Skill in using KPIs, management reports, and performance analysis.
* Advanced Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
* ERP system knowledge — experience with TOTVS or similar systems is preferred.
* Collaborative leadership, active listening, and ability to co-create solutions within teams.
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation.
* Clear communication with both team members and senior management.
* Reliability, discretion, and strong ethical awareness.
* Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset.
