Responsibilities and Duties
Industrial & Operational Costs
Calculation of direct and indirect production costs.
Analysis of cost structure (raw materials, labor, energy, maintenance, logistics, etc.).
Cost control per product, cost center, and production process.
Periodic updating of technical specifications and BOM (Bill of Materials).
Identification of variances and cost reduction opportunities.
Budgeting & Financial Control
Participation in annual budget planning (OPEX/Capex).
Monitoring and controlling budget versus actuals with monthly variance analysis.
Preparation of financial forecasts and scenario simulations.
Active role as budget guardian, ensuring spending compliance and efficiency.
Power BI, Data & KPIs
Development and maintenance of executive and operational dashboards in Power BI.
Consolidation, processing, and analysis of financial and production data.
Reporting & Management Support
Preparation of management reports and economic feasibility analyses.
Support to executive leadership and departments including production, procurement, and sales with analytical insights.
Preparation for internal and external audits.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Experience in industrial costing and financial/budgetary control.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (DAX and data modeling).
ERP knowledge (Totvs preferred).
Skills in forecasting, scenario simulation, and KPIs.
Analytical, critical, and investigative mindset.
Strong ability to work with data and numerical interpretation.
Organized, structured, and results-oriented.
Detail-oriented, precise, and focused on continuous improvement.
