Job Summary: Professional responsible for corporate closings, debt control, preparation of financial statements, and strategic planning for land development projects. Key Highlights: 1. Validation of economic and financial feasibility of new projects DESCRIPTION **JOB TITLE:** Controller \- Land Development **INDUSTRY:** Construction and related sectors **FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Corporate closings for profit distribution or necessary capital contributions per project/construction; * Supporting daily interdepartmental activities across the corporate structure for tasks related to integrated systems (Mega/Senior). * Calculation and validation of loans and financing; * Monitoring and updating of bank debt; * Monitoring and updating of landbank; * Preparation of managerial-level financial statements for decision-making, such as Income Statements (DRE), Delinquency Reports, Receivables Cash Flow, and Cash Flow Statements; * Validation of economic and financial feasibility matrices for new projects; * Oversight of system implementations; * Management of IT-related routines concerning infrastructure; * Preparation of Managerial Reports/Power BI; * Annual Budget Preparation; * Strategic Planning Preparation; OTHER JOB INFORMATION **Work Schedule:** 44 hours/week – On-site **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT) or Parking, Meal Voucher, Life Insurance, Medical and Dental Assistance **Salary:** To be negotiated REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Controllership is desirable. REQUIREMENTS * Advanced knowledge of Mega/Senior systems; * Advanced knowledge of Excel/SQL; * Prior experience in bank reconciliation, cash flow management, financial statement preparation, and feasibility studies;.
