Support during system implementations and management of IT routines DESCRIPTION **JOB TITLE:** Controller \- Housing Development **INDUSTRY:** Construction and related sectors **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Corporate closings for profit distribution or capital contributions required per project/construction; * Support daily activities across other departments within the corporate structure for tasks related to integrated systems (Mega/Senior). * Calculation and validation of loans and financing; * Control and updating of bank debt; * Control and updating of landbank; * Preparation of managerial-level income statements for decision-making, including Income Statements (DRE), Delinquency Reports, Receivables Cash Flow, and Cash Flow Statements; * Validation of economic and financial feasibility matrices for new projects; * Support during system implementations; * Management of IT-related routines concerning infrastructure; * Preparation of Management Reports / Power BI; * Annual Budget Preparation; * Strategic Planning Preparation; OTHER JOB INFORMATION **Work Schedule:** 44 hours/week – On-site **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT) or Parking, Meal Voucher, Life Insurance, Medical and Dental Assistance **Salary:** To be negotiated REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree completed in Finance or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Controllership is desirable. REQUIREMENTS * Advanced knowledge of Mega/Senior systems; * Advanced knowledge of Excel/SQL; * Prior experience in bank reconciliation, cash flow management, income statement preparation, and feasibility studies;.
