Interested in a career that yields greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct commercial, operational, and performance data analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and deviations. * Structure, explore, and ensure data quality across databases, including SQL queries and processing of large-scale information. * Develop strategic analyses, projections, and scenarios to support business planning and direction. * Automate analytical routines and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. * Build executive dashboards and reports for KPI monitoring and leadership support. * Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering; Computer Science; or related fields. * Experience creating interactive dashboards for decision-making. * Experience in process automation and data integration projects. * Exposure to data teams or growth-related areas. * Proficiency with tools: Excel, Power BI, Amazon Redshift, Salesforce, SQL, Python, ETL tools.
