**BM VAGAS, in partnership with a renowned Japanese restaurant, is hiring a Sushi Assistant in Jaú.** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare rice, seasonings, and sauces used in sushi. * Slice sashimi and fish according to kitchen standards. * Scale, clean, and portion fish for preparation. * Assemble oriental dishes such as poke bowls, boats, temakis, and combo platters. * Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and hygiene, as well as that of utensils. * Assist the sushi chef and other team members throughout all production stages. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Empathy and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Organizational skills and attention to detail in the kitchen. **We offer:** * Hands-on training in the role. * A collaborative environment and continuous learning opportunities. * Opportunities for career growth in oriental gastronomy.
