We are looking for a **Trainee – Teaching Assistant** to join our team and support the pedagogical activities of a **100% online** English school. We seek an organized, responsible, proactive individual with interest in developing knowledge in education and English language teaching. The trainee will provide support to teachers and assist in organizing academic activities, contributing to the smooth delivery of classes and enhancing students’ learning experience. **Responsibilities** * Organize class schedules and appointments; * Update and manage spreadsheets; * Assist teachers before, during, and after classes; * Grade assignments and exercises according to instructions; * Support the development and organization of teaching materials; * Conduct screening and organization of new students; * Assist with administrative tasks related to the pedagogical department; * Maintain process organization and adhere to scheduled working hours. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in High School, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or Languages (English emphasis); * Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace; * Interest in the field of education; * Proficiency with technology and online platforms; * Willingness to learn and grow professionally. **Job Details** * **Work model:** Remote * **Working hours:** To be agreed upon, 4 hours per day * **Possibility of permanent hiring** **About the company** We provide educational services through private English lessons exclusively delivered online, serving children, teenagers, and adults.
