We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to plan and execute accounting and fiscal closing, support configuration of the accounting/fiscal system, and contribute to tax analysis and management reporting. We seek someone with strong technical expertise and, above all, teamwork spirit and resilience during high-volume periods. **Responsibilities and duties** * Execute accounting and fiscal closing, including journal entries and reconciliations; * Calculate IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, LALUR, and withheld taxes; * Ensure timely submission of the SPED Accounting and Fiscal files, and REINF; * Configure the accounting and fiscal systems; * Reconcile payroll data with accounting records; * Manage fixed assets and supplier advances; * Prepare explanatory notes and management reports; * Conduct tax analyses and organize documentation for external accounting; * Support the team during peak closing periods. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Experience in balance sheet and income statement closing; * Practical knowledge of IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, and COFINS calculations; * Experience delivering SPED Accounting, SPED Fiscal, and REINF; * Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); * Experience covering both routine accounting and fiscal activities; * Preferred: knowledge of CPC, IFRS, and EFD; * Preferred: experience in accounting consulting firms or small businesses; * Resilient profile with strong teamwork orientation, willing to support colleagues when needed. **What we offer you:** * Meal or food allowance via Flash card; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * TotalPass for your health care; * Clude Saúde; * Celebrations and happy hours to mark our achievements; * Casual, relaxed work environment with informal dress code; * Learning opportunities, professional development, and career path planning.
