




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling, planning, and optimizing chemical products; monitoring inventories and tracking costs; and pursuing continuous improvements. Perform chemical control, dosage management, consumption tracking, develop expiration control spreadsheets, monitor chemical receipt along with validated supporting documents, actively participate in internal and external audits, track chemical-related costs, and continuously seek improvements in chemical product control. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, control, and optimize chemical products; * Monitor physical and accounting inventories; * Assist in organizing chemical preparation and dosing areas; * Assist in organizing disposal of contaminated packaging; * Report accidents involving chemical spills or environmental discharge; * Develop control spreadsheets; * Monitor daily consumption of all chemicals used in the industry; * Ensure chemical supply; * Support testing of new products and issue supplier and product approval reports; * Optimize dosages to reduce consumption and lower costs; * Prepare annual chemical budget; * Assist in preparing industrial production bulletins and indicators; * Track and manage chemical requisitions during administrative hours to avoid chemical movements in the warehouse outside business hours; * Verify calibration of chemical dosing pumps; * Monitor chemical receipt at the warehouse; * Perform other duties inherent to the position, as requested by the immediate supervisor; * Execute job responsibilities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities; promptly report to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of fellow workers; * Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness, supported by internal and external departmental audits; * Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility and immediately inform the immediate supervisor of any detected issues or damages. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
