This role goes beyond regulatory compliance, focusing on implementing and managing advanced data control tools (DLP, CASB, DSPM) to ensure confidentiality of health information and personal data. * **Data Protection Engineering:** Implement and orchestrate **DLP (Data Loss Prevention)** strategies across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments, while ensuring data security posture through **DSPM (Data Security Posture Management)**. * **Cloud and Edge Security (CASB):** Configure and monitor **CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker)** policies to control Shadow IT usage and secure data traffic for sensitive information sent to cloud applications. * **Automated Discovery and Classification:** Lead **Data Discovery & Classification** initiatives, using automation to identify and label sensitive data (PII, PHI) at scale across structured and unstructured repositories. * **Behavioral Monitoring (UEBA):** Analyze data access anomalies using **UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics)** tools to identify potential internal risks or compromised accounts. * **Technical Support to the DPO:** Technically enable Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and privacy workflows, ensuring data protection controls align with LGPD and GDPR requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in IT, Security, or Engineering * **Technical:** Advanced proficiency in Data Protection solutions (Microsoft Purview, Netskope, Zscaler, Varonis, or Forcepoint); In-depth knowledge of CASB, DSPM, and UEBA; Expertise in LGPD and GDPR. **Preferred qualifications:** English language proficiency and postgraduate studies in Data Protection or Cybersecurity **Additional information** Our care begins at home—delivering excellence to our people.
