**What are we looking for?** **Main responsibilities:** Program, code, and test systems in the relevant language, working across Front-End and/or Back-End development projects; Modify systems to meet new business rules; Perform system maintenance, making necessary adjustments to meet user requirements; Develop assembly, debugging, and testing tasks for programs; perform maintenance services on already-developed programs; Carry out routine programming tasks. Assist in system evolution. Map business rules within existing systems. **Requirements:** * Solid experience with ServiceNow, especially in the ITSM module. * Experience managing Incidents, Problems, ACLs, and CMDB. * Development of solutions using No-Code, Low-Code, and High-Code approaches. * Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Record Producers, Scheduled Jobs, and Flow Designer. * Experience creating and customizing ServiceNow portals using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Widgets. * Creation and maintenance of tables, fields, and other platform configurations. * Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST APIs. * Ability to analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. **Work location: Remote.** **Who is Insi?** We are a consultancy specialized in digital transformation.
