Description

**Responsibilities:** * Measure and evaluate supplier performance to ensure results. Respond based on outcomes and in alignment/synergy with affected departments. * Measure and evaluate the performance of your own activities and respond based on outcomes. * Monitor team morale within relevant groups and ensure motivational aspects within the team. * Facilitate internal communication by sharing information and results within the Purchasing Quality department and related areas. **Knowledge/Skills:** * Demonstrate analytical thinking and systemic vision. * Communicate\-clearly and assertively with internal and external stakeholders. * Manage multiple simultaneous demands with organization and efficiency. * Proactively identify problems and propose effective solutions. * Act with a sense of urgency and operational criticality. * Conduct quality improvement activities for series suppliers, both during APQP phases and in series production, applying quality tools within defined timelines, costs, and quality specifications. **Software:** * Microsoft Office \- Advanced * Desired knowledge of Quality Tools (Core Tools): FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC * Desired knowledge of root cause analysis. Required training in MASP. * Desired knowledge of IATF16949\.
