This customer support position is 100% focused on digital channels—presenting product details and providing general support for website and marketplace-related inquiries. We always prioritize friendly, polite, empathetic service, along with excellent spoken and written Portuguese. What will your day-to-day look like? * Customer support via WhatsApp * Customer support via Shopee and Mercado Livre chat What qualifications do we expect from you? * Completed high school education; * E-commerce knowledge or prior Marketplace process experience is preferred; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with Trello, Photoshop, or Canva is a plus; * Willingness to learn.
