**We are hiring a Laboratory Collector!** Schedule: 12x36 **Main responsibilities:** * Provide service to patients/clients seeking walk-in services at the hospital laboratory; * Verify and authorize tests requested by the clinical staff, in accordance with institutional guidelines and health insurance requirements; * Perform biological sample collection, strictly following technical instructions and biosafety protocols; * Organize and dispatch samples for analysis in the technical department, ensuring traceability and integrity of collected materials; * Ensure correct tube collection order and perform venipuncture accurately and safely. **Requirements and desirable knowledge:** * Completed technical education in **Clinical Analysis Technician** or **Nursing Technician**; * Proficiency in **venipuncture techniques** and blood tube collection order; * Knowledge of authorization procedures and routines of major health insurance providers; * Minimum **6 months** of experience in a clinical laboratory or hospital setting is desirable. **Behavioral competencies:** * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong communication and empathy when interacting with the public * Commitment to technical and ethical standards * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure *JOIN OUR TEAM!* Immediate opening or talent pool formation; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.773,42 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you hold a technical qualification in Clinical Analysis or Nursing? * What is your current availability regarding schedule or shifts?
