Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive and reactive customer service; Perform retention and reversal of cancellations; Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions; Record information and follow-ups in the system; Track requests and ensure efficient handling; Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues. Requirements Strong communication and negotiation skills; Empathy and active listening; Organization and demand management; Resilient profile with a problem-solving focus; Proactivity and sense of responsibility; Experience in retention, customer service, or relationship management is preferred.
