We offer camping organization and outdoor activity services for groups and families. **What will you do in this role?:** Ensure service quality across multiple channels (WhatsApp, phone, email, in-person, and digital platforms). Monitor KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, response time, and rework rate. Create periodic reports and propose continuous improvements. Intervene in critical customer interactions and support the team in complex cases. Monitor Reclame Aqui and implement preventive communication.
