Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing technical calculations, preparing tools, operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and developing machining programs. Key Highlights: 1. CNC machine operation and programming (lathe, machining center, milling machine) 2. Interpretation of technical drawings and work orders 3. Development of low-, medium-, and high-complexity machining programs Perform technical calculations; Prepare and select tools; Conduct tests; Carry out tasks following the sequence of operations pre-established by the team leader/supervisor; Feed parts into the machining center; Adjust and correct tools; Develop low-, medium-, and high-complexity machining programs; Sort materials and verify quantities of produced items as well as items procured from third parties; Prepare and operate CNC machines (lathe, machining center, milling machine, etc.) according to production scheduling; Interpret technical drawings and work orders, verifying tolerances, dimensions, and product specifications; Select, measure, and install cutting tools and appropriate workholding devices for the process.
