Job Summary: Assist in daily carpentry activities, supporting furniture production and assembly, performing sanding and finishing, and organizing the work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Develop initiative, proactivity, and teamwork * **Main responsibilities and duties of this position:** Assist in daily carpentry activities, supporting furniture production and assembly; perform sanding, cleaning, and finishing of parts, as well as assembling drawers and smaller items; support material organization and tool handling while maintaining an organized work environment. * **Behavioral skills to develop for this role:** initiative, proactivity, adaptability, teamwork, and agility. * **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education * **Basic requirements:** Basic knowledge of carpentry * **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$2,080.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
