Job Summary: Boiler operator responsible for operating control devices, monitoring tank levels, and performing water treatment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate gas and biomass boilers to supply steam. 2. Monitor tank levels and manage water treatment. 3. Supervise compressors and wells. Education: Completed elementary school. Preferred: High school diploma. .2\. Additional Training Required: NR-13 Boiler Operation Safety Course and a vocational boiler operation course (SENAI or equivalent). Preferred: Quality tools (5S, PDCA, Problem Analysis and Resolution Methods, etc.). Responsibilities: Operate gas and biomass boilers by manipulating valves, registers, and other control devices to supply steam for heat or energy production. Monitor feedwater tank levels to enable water heating and vaporization, allowing its use in production equipment and processes. Responsible for boiler water treatment, cooling tower water treatment, and supervision of compressors and wells.
