Basic first aid knowledge and flexibility (Part-Time • Monday to Saturday) Essential Requirements * ☐ Proven experience with children * ☐ References from previous jobs * ☐ Patience and calmness to handle children’s different developmental stages * ☐ Enjoy playing, interacting, and stimulating children * ☐ Ability to cook (prepare snacks and simple meals) * ☐ Ability to wash children’s small clothing items * ☐ Ability to iron children’s clothing * ☐ Responsibility and punctuality * ☐ Organization skills and ability to keep the child’s environment tidy * ☐ Adherence to routines (sleep, meals, hygiene, play) * ☐ Warmth and affection * ☐ Good communication skills * ☐ Discretion and ethics * ☐ Energy and willingness to accompany the child * ☐ Basic first aid knowledge Important Preferences * ☐ Educational activities (stories, colors, numbers, educational games) * ☐ Assistance with backpack organization and school routine, if needed * ☐ Impeccable hygiene for toys, utensils, and clothing * ☐ Ability to work under pressure (tantrums, crying, mood swings) * ☐ Flexibility to accommodate minor additional tasks within the agreed timeframe Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.520,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
