Join Árbore **Responsibilities and duties** * Maintain constant communication with your immediate supervisor as well as with the site team to resolve any issues encountered in the most effective manner possible; * Comply with all provisions outlined in the occupational safety procedures; * Assist in inspecting company premises, facilities, and equipment, evaluating working conditions to identify accident factors and risks; * Suggest modifications to equipment and facilities to prevent accidents; * Assist in inspecting fire extinguishers to ensure they are in perfect working condition; * Report inspection results according to the control spreadsheet; * Assist in investigating accidents and incidents by examining the circumstances to identify root causes and propose appropriate corrective actions; * Regularly monitor actions outlined in safety programs (Risk Assessment Program, Occupational Health Program, Risk Inventory); * Maintain direct communication and alignment with the safety technician and supervisor to carry out activities under the coordination of the immediate supervisor; * Implement and monitor occupational safety and health policies, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all site personnel. **Additional information** Benefits: Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Pharmacy card; Life insurance; TotalPass.
