This customer service position is 100% focused on digital channels—providing product details and general support for website and marketplace-related inquiries, always ensuring service delivered with good humor, courtesy, friendliness, and, of course, excellent spoken and written Portuguese. What will your day-to-day look like? * Customer service via WhatsApp * Customer service via Shopee and Mercado Livre chat What do we expect from you? * Completed high school education; * E-commerce knowledge or prior Marketplace process experience is desirable; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with Trello, Photoshop, or Canva is a plus; * Willingness to learn.
