Main Responsibilities * Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, staff, and service providers; * Register and identify visitors; * Monitor movement of people and vehicles; * Provide courteous and professional public service; * Ensure compliance with security regulations and internal procedures. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Strong communication and public service skills; * Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility; * Flexible availability.
