We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile **Production Assistant** to support our garment manufacturing department. You will play a vital role in ensuring garments reach the sewing department perfectly, maintaining the high standards of our uniforms. **Your daily responsibilities:** * Operate piece preparation machines for dispatch to the sewing department. * Perform interlining bonding on garments, ensuring correct finishing. * Assist with cut separation (when required), organizing batches and preparing packages for dispatch to the sewing department. * Maintain sector organization and inspect the quality of prepared pieces. **What we’re looking for (Requirements):** * Prior experience operating production machinery in any industrial sector. * Attention to detail, agility, organization, and proactivity. * Residency in Americana or Santa Bárbara d'Oeste. **You’ll stand out if you have (Preferred Qualifications):** * Specific experience in the garment/textile industry. * Practical experience operating filigree machines or interlining bonding processes. **What we offer:** * **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$ 385.00, All Card, Fuel allowance/Transportation allowance. * **Work schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * **Environment:** A welcoming and growing company with an excellent organizational climate.
