Engage across diverse products, projects, technologies, and methodologies. **Why Join Elgin:** * We are a Proudly Brazilian company; * Opportunity to positively impact people's lives; * Space and autonomy for you to build a legacy; * An outstanding team composed of passionate professionals who are references in their areas of expertise; * Opportunity to work on diverse products and projects, applying various technologies and methodologies—all under one roof. ***So ...*** ***\#vemserelgin*** ***\#maisdoquevoceimagina*** **Want to learn more about our way of being?** **Visit our social media channels** **Website:** **www.elgin.com.br** **Instagram: @grupo\_elgin** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate activities related to material receiving, inspection, warehousing, picking, and shipping; * Ensure physical warehouse organization, guaranteeing correct item location and proper identification. * Control inventory levels, monitoring minimums, maximums, and reorder points. * Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy through rotating and periodic inventories. * Lead and guide the warehouse team, assigning tasks and tracking performance. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and best warehousing practices. * Control material inflows and outflows via system (SAP), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. * Support production and administrative departments in fulfilling material requests. * Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and propose corrective actions. * Track departmental KPIs (inventory turnover, accuracy, losses, delays, etc.). Ensure integrity of stored materials, preventing damage, loss, or obsolescence **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields * Inventory management (minimum, maximum, reorder point, turnover). * Inventory accuracy (rotating, cyclical, and periodic inventories). * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP). * Intermediate Excel skills (data control, reporting, and KPIs). * Warehouse organization; receiving, inspection, and storage procedures. * Basic knowledge of internal logistics and material flow. * Ability to read and interpret invoices and purchase orders. * Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs for this area). * Safety regulations applicable to warehouses (NR\-11, load handling). * Leadership and ability to guide a team. * Operational organization and discipline. * Sense of urgency and prioritization. * Clear and objective communication. * Analytical capability for problem solving. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. * Teamwork and interpersonal skills. * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines. * Ethical conduct and reliability. * Preference for candidates residing in Hortolândia, Monte Mor, Campinas, or Sumaré **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health insurance plan for you and your dependents * Optional dental plan * Basic food basket * On-site cafeteria * Life insurance * Absenteeism allowance **At Elgin, technology goes beyond every stitch—** **it stems from our passion for doing things differently and better, every day.** We are a proudly Brazilian company with over 70 years of history, moving forward with the energy of those who are always just beginning.
