**PARALEGAL ASSISTANT** **Location:** Pici Neighborhood – Fortaleza/CE **Company:** GX Contabilidade **GX Contabilidade** is seeking a **Paralegal Assistant** to strengthen our team! If you have experience in corporate legalization processes, document organization, and handling matters with public agencies, this opportunity may be ideal for you. **Main responsibilities:** * Request feasibility and suitability assessments for company establishment and regularization; * Support processes related to company establishment, amendment, regularization, and dissolution; * Draft, organize, and verify corporate documents, such as partnership agreements, addenda, and termination agreements; * Prepare and monitor procedures before the Commercial Registry, Federal Revenue Service, State Tax Authority (SEFAZ), and Municipalities; * Issue and track DBE, FCN, and other documents related to these processes; * Request, renew, and monitor licenses (operating license, health license, and fire department license); * Issue digital certificates (e-CNPJ and e-CPF); * Monitor deadlines, pending items, and requirements associated with processes; * Maintain communication with clients, public agencies, and partners; * Update internal systems and tracking controls. **Requirements:** ✔ Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting Sciences** (in progress or completed); ✔ Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**; ✔ Experience in accounting/corporate affairs, preferably within an accounting firm; ✔ Knowledge of corporate processes and accounting routines; ✔ Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. **Compensation:** **Salary: R$ 2.000,00** **Benefits:** ✅ Transportation Allowance ✅ Food Allowance ✅ Meal Voucher ✅ Health Insurance ✅ Dental Insurance ✅ Life Insurance ✅ Wellhub (formerly Gympass) ✅ Partnership with Farmácias Pague Menos offering exclusive discounts Payment: R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
