Systematically implement and monitor clinical protocols for medical practices, in accordance with corporate guidelines; 2\. Ensure a suitable working environment for the clinical staff by monitoring their facilities and equipment; 3\. Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, federal, and international health laws; 4\. Monitor the regular operation of mandatory committees; 5\. Oversee quality initiatives, jointly with the quality team, taking responsibility for disseminating and training clinical teams; 6\. Lead medical teams; 7\. Support the corporate medical directorate in managing budgets allocated to medical resources, within the institution’s waste management policy; 8\. Monitor clinical outcomes; 9\. Track strategic indicators of the healthcare unit; 10\. Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, clients, teams, external agencies, and partners; 11\. Represent the INSTITUTION before regulatory bodies, media, social networks, and society; 12\. Support corporate management in implementing innovation and technology at the healthcare unit to optimize care delivery and its outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** Experience in the field.
