### **Main Responsibilities**
* Provide social reception and support to families and service users;
* Identify socioeconomic needs and conduct social assessments;
* Guide and refer individuals to public policies and benefits;
* Accompany families through interviews and home visits;
* Prepare reports, technical opinions, and social studies;
* Develop socioeducational activities;
* Coordinate with service networks (social assistance, health, education);
* Participate in interdisciplinary meetings;
* Advocate for rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities;
* Coordinate a coexistence project for individuals aged 30+.
### **Technical Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work;
* Active registration with CRESS;
* Experience in the social sector;
* Knowledge of public policies and socioassistance benefits.
