Job Summary: Responsible for implementing social assistance actions and activities for users, families, companies, and partners, while preserving the integrity and confidentiality of all services provided. Key Highlights: 1. Providing social assistance services to users, families, and partners. 2. Maintaining integrity and confidentiality in all service interactions. 3. Respecting the professional development conditions of the practitioner. Responsible for implementing social assistance actions and activities for users, families, companies, and partners involved in the programs and projects of the Rede Cidadã network. Must preserve the integrity and confidentiality of all services and guidance provided, respecting the individual and professional development conditions of those served. * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work, **with active registration at CRESS.** * Experience in group facilitation, especially with individuals facing social vulnerability, is desirable. * Experience in administrative routines. * Must reside in Congonhas/MG. * Availability to work 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
