Nonprofit social organization committed to public health The **nursing technician** is a professional who plays a fundamental role in promoting, preventing, recovering, and rehabilitating patients' health. They are an essential part of the multidisciplinary team and actively participate in planning and implementing health actions. **Salary:** R$ 1\.811,25 **Work Schedule:** 220 hours (Monday to Friday) **Modality:** In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform patient care procedures, such as administering prescribed medications, wound dressings, hygiene care, comfort measures, mobilization, and positioning, per nursing team instructions; * Document all care activities, clinical progress, significant observations, and complications in medical records and computerized systems, ensuring continuity and quality of care; * Assist nurses in preventing and controlling communicable diseases in general, in epidemiological surveillance programs, and in systematic hospital infection control; * Support the execution of simple and complex procedures (pre- and post-operative, examinations, specimen collections) under supervision, organizing materials and providing technical assistance per instructions; * Monitor, record, and report changes in vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, oxygen saturation) and patients’ clinical conditions using appropriate equipment and adhering to protocols; * Prepare, sterilize, and organize materials, equipment, and work areas for nursing procedures, ensuring hygiene, resource availability, and safety conditions; * Ensure patients receive the correct medication, at the right time, and safely—contributing to treatment efficacy and patient safety; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Course in Nursing; * Valid registration with the Professional Council; * Basic Office software package; * Relevant work experience. **Additional Information** * Incentive bonus; * Meal allowance; * DayOff.
