Every time you look up at the sky to dream, we’ll be there. \#TheSkyIsBlue Have you ever thought about continuing to soar in your career at the Best Airline in the World? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** **** * Lead and develop the People Analytics team, fostering a data-driven culture and continuous improvement. * Structure and evolve the company’s People Analytics strategy, connecting people data to business priorities. * Develop advanced analytics and analytical models to support strategic HR and leadership decisions. * Lead analytical projects related to topics such as: Turnover, Absenteeism, Overtime, among others. * Translate complex data into actionable insights for executives and business leaders. * Build dashboards and analytical solutions for monitoring people-related KPIs. * Partner with HR areas (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Crew Experience, etc.) to identify data-driven improvement opportunities. * Ensure the quality, governance, and consistency of people data used in analyses. * Lead innovation projects in People Analytics, including the use of AI, machine learning, and analytics automation. * Present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Bring (Prerequisites):** * Bachelor’s degree in fields such as: Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines. * Prior experience in People Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence. * Experience analyzing data using tools such as: SQL, Python, Power BI, and Snowflake. * Experience building analytical or statistical models applied to business problems. * Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences. * Experience managing analytical projects. * Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills. **Nice-to-Have:** * Prior experience in People Analytics or HR-focused Analytics. * Experience with predictive models (turnover, absenteeism, performance, workforce planning). * Knowledge of machine learning applied to organizational data. * Experience with Snowflake, Snowpark, or modern data architectures. * Knowledge of Python and ETL. * Experience with advanced data visualization and analytical storytelling. * Experience in large-scale or complex organizations. * Experience leading data or analytics teams. **Interested in Our Challenge?
