HR Payroll Analyst

Industrial Equipment Supplier seeks an HR Payroll Analyst in Cariacica. **Responsibilities:** Management of payroll, social charges, and ancillary obligations. Administration of benefits such as health insurance, transportation allowance, and meal vouchers. Onboarding and offboarding processes, including hiring, termination, vacations, and leaves of absence. Time tracking management, including attendance control, hour bank, and overtime. Monitoring of PCMSO (Occupational Health Program) and compliance with related obligations. Management of ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates) and medical examinations for hiring, periodic evaluations, and termination. Ensuring occupational health, prevention, and employee well-being. Preparation of managerial reports and support during labor audits. Previous experience as Payroll Specialist, HR Department Coordinator, HR Department Assistant, or Human Resources Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
