About the job We are seeking a Distribution Assistant to work onsite at our Brasília Distribution Center, supporting daily logistics operations with a focus on document control, accountability reporting with carriers, return accuracy, management of delivery receipts (canhotos), and pallet tracking. * Perform accountability reporting with carriers, ensuring receipt and verification of trip documentation. * Receive and validate transportation documents, addressing pending items flagged in the SAP system. * Monitor physical returns of goods, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. * Interface with carriers in cases of discrepancies in returns, supporting billing processes when necessary. * Maintain control of delivery receipts (canhotos), ensuring correct data entry into the system, proper archiving, and required reporting to the Credit and Collections team. * Track CHEP pallet returns, ensuring accurate recording of inbound and outbound movements in the SAP system. * Support carrier billing in cases of discrepancies related to CHEP pallet returns. * Physically receive invoices and enter corresponding information into the system. * Track branch and distributor invoices using Excel spreadsheets. * Participate in weekly meetings with branches to align on pending items, action plans, and process improvements. About you * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or administrative logistics functions. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * SAP system knowledge is desirable. * Strong communication skills for interfacing with carriers, branches, and internal departments. * Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible. * Proactive in tracking pending items, identifying discrepancies, and supporting problem resolution.
