All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for monitoring the customer portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises, analyzing outstanding items, collecting overdue payments, monitoring upcoming receivables, preparing payment plans, and directly contacting customers. Analyzes the portfolio and collects overdue amounts; also responsible for preparing the weekly Aging report, classifying outstanding items by responsible department to support and track resolution efforts. Conducts meetings with customers to identify and eliminate bottlenecks that may hinder timely payment fulfillment per agreed terms.
