Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing professional for internal communication, endomarketing, content production, and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Support for internal campaigns and metrics We are looking for a professional to join our company’s Marketing team. **The** company **seeks a professional capable of performing the following:** * Internal Communication: Create and distribute internal announcements (e-mail, corporate WhatsApp, intranet); * Organize internal newsletters; * Update physical and digital bulletin boards; * Support leadership in crafting messages; * Ensure internal campaigns are clear and aligned with Endomarketing & Culture; * Support engagement initiatives; * Organize internal rituals (birthdays, recognitions); Conduct climate surveys (operational support); * Create content reinforcing company values; * Operational Support and Metrics: Update simple reports on internal campaigns; * Manage action calendars; * Assist in budget control for internal initiatives; * Collect employee feedback; * Basic Content Production; * Draft simple texts; * Adapt technical language into accessible communication; * Support creation of simple visual assets (Canva-style); * Produce quick internal videos **Desired Education:** Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, or Public Relations; Administration with a focus on people management is also suitable; **Technical Knowledge:** * Clear and organized writing; Basic knowledge of endomarketing; Canva or other basic design tools; * Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; Basic understanding of campaign planning; * Schedule organization; Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills); * Clear communication; * Organization; * Responsiveness; * Ability to listen across different departments; * Cultural sensitivity; * Additional qualifications that enhance the profile: Understanding of organizational culture; * Experience conducting climate surveys; * Familiarity with internal KPIs; Ability to transform technical information into simple communication Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$2,280.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
