Come join our team and become a Med Member. **Responsibilities and Duties** Carry out activities aligned with Petrobras’ occupational health processes, as well as current protocols, standards, procedures, and legislation. "Provide individual or group social services; Conduct interdisciplinary and multiprofessional follow-up for active and on-leave employees; Deliver shared services alongside a multidisciplinary team; Identify social aspects involved in work relationships and organization that affect performance, worker health, and adaptation to special working conditions; Assess employee eligibility for specific health programs and/or need for referral to external specialists; Attend to and monitor employees on leave due to illness or accident, evaluating social factors impacting their health status, defining intervention strategies, and making appropriate referrals; Advise leadership, management, HR, SMS, and other members of the Health Service regarding social demands related to the world of work and matters within their scope; Systematize and issue reports, technical opinions, and studies related to demands and topics within their scope; Conduct home, hospital, and institutional visits as required; Develop materials, deliver lectures, and conduct educational activities on occupational health topics targeting leaders, the workforce, and health/HR professionals; Record information and services in designated forms and/or computerized systems; Perform other duties described in Law No. 8\.662/93 and its amendments, as well as other regulations issued by the Federal Council of Social Work (CFESS), Regional Councils of Social Work (CRESS), Normative Rules of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (NRs), and applicable current legislation." **Requirements and Qualifications** More than six (6) years of experience in social work; Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, certified by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); Valid registration with the Regional Council of Social Work (CRESS) in the respective locality where employed; Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and/or Mental Health and/or Quality of Life and/or Chemical Dependency, recognized by the MEC, is desirable; "Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience applying occupational health service concepts within organizations and/or participation in multidisciplinary teams delivering health services; Training in Biosafety or NR32; Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office and other systems used by Petrobras. **Additional Information** Position: 2173991 \- SOCIAL WORKER Location: CARAGUATATUBA \- SP Compensation: R$2004.48 \+ Meal Voucher R$320.00 \+ Health Plan \+ Hazard Pay R$601.35 Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (6 HOURS PER DAY \- TWICE WEEKLY) Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). **Join Grupo Med\+ – Where Purpose Saves Lives!** We are Grupo Med\+, Brazil’s largest Emergency Response provider for critical infrastructure.
