Conducting technical inspections and field surveys **Job Description:** Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the planning, supervision, and monitoring of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with designs and technical standards. Support the execution of simple construction, maintenance, and repair projects for buildings and sanitation systems. Interpret designs, blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications. Assist in topographic and planialtimetric surveys, learning techniques to support project development and property, block, and network registration. Monitor schedules, measurements, and the use of materials, equipment, and labor on construction sites. Monitor and record the execution of outsourced and in-house services. Prepare basic descriptive memoranda under the guidance of more experienced professionals. Conduct technical inspections, field surveys, and inspections. Issue technical reports and photographic records of activities. Support the preparation of budgets, descriptive memoranda, and other technical documents. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations. Operate vehicles and machinery/equipment as required and under prior instruction. Use tools **Requirements:** Requirements and Qualifications: Technical high school diploma in building construction. Registration with the relevant professional council.
